Voice America provides access to online directory tools and informational resources through subscription plans. Charges apply solely for platform access and content.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Once cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, including partial billing periods, unless required by law or explicitly approved by Voice America.
If a payment fails or is declined, access to subscription features may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed.
